The delivery takes place within Germany, in the EU and worldwide.<\/p>\n
All deliveries will be processed by shipment only. A direct pick up is not available.<\/p>\n
Your package will be shipped by DHL. If the DHL-personal does not reach you, you will receive a message with further delivery options and the necessary contact data. If the delivery cannot be fulfilled within the specified time frame, DHL will return the package to us.<\/p>\n
It is also possible to ship your package to a DHL-Packstation. When you enter your invoice and delivery address in the ordering process, please enter as follows:<\/p>\n
package station number, first and last name in the name fields. Your DHL-post customer number in the next address field. Then you add the address of the package station.<\/p>\n
DHL supplies your shoes to your chosen package station (“Packstation”) within Germany.<\/p>\n
Delivery within Germany is free of charge.<\/p>\n
For deliveries to EU-Countries a fix charge will be invoiced and the German VAT will be used and shown on your invoice.<\/p>\n

\n3 pair of shoes 18,- \u20ac – shipment costs
\n4 pair of shoes 20,- \u20ac – shipment costs

For deliveries to EU countries, German VAT will be charged and shown on the invoice.<\/p>\n
The shipping costs outside the EU can be determined during the order process in the shopping cart via the shipping cost calculator.
\nFor the shipping of 1 pair of shoes outside the EU, the shipping costs start at 14, – \u20ac or more – depending on the recipient country.<\/p>\n
All deliveries outside the EU will receive back the paid German VAT (19%) as the country-specific VAT is added to the price by the customs of the recipient country. An invoice excluding German VAT and including shipping costs will be attached to the delivery.<\/p>\n
We process your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be processed and shipped weekday (Monday – Friday) within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Assumed that the shoes you ordered are in stock.<\/p>\n
The delivery time in Germany is usually 2 – 4 working days after order receipt – often also earlier.
\nThe delivery time to EU-Countries is usually 6 – 9 business days – earlier deliveries are probable.
\nThe delivery time outside the EU varies between 8 – 14 working days.<\/p>\n
Please note that deliveries are only made in standard shipping and that delivery cannot be effected on Sundays and public holidays.<\/p>\n
We have no influence on the delivery time as the parcel will be forwarded to\u00a0 the delivery company (DHL), so we cannot guarantee the above mentioned shipping time.<\/p>\n
